I have always been dreaming of an Utopian world where this kind of stuf would be extended to many aspects of the life, e.g.
    - IQ test before being allowed to post online
    - IQ and skills test before making children
    - being sentenced to watch a how to search video before asking a question
    ...

In a perfect world, this is a very wonderful idea. But I guess people just can't be bothered (or at least, a majority of them) and just create another account. On another note, maybe Google should start from their own backyard.
