generating original content affiliate site

So there is a lot of tools for sale where they develop a basic website based on a niche and fills it will affiliate banners from CB, amazon, etc. Most of these use RSS content so there are duplicate content issues.

I want to do something similar to that but I want to supply the content. Does anyone know of a tool where I can feed it unique content and it builds a basic site with the affiliate banners, etc? I think this would be invaluable to setting up a basic site I can then customize. A big plus if I can feed it content into some sort of database and I can schedule posts.
