Zero Percent Conversion Through Twitter

Is anyone making good use of Twitter? I am literally getting 0% clicks or responses. I even tried posting a Tweet that said "Any humans here???"

Not a single response...

I have over 8k Twitter followers and I am now assuming they are all robots.

Your followers are probably auto follow bots. Either that, or they are other marketers themselves who ignore the vast majority of tweets they see. You might consider targeting a different demographic.

I'm testing it at present I have over 100 clicks per day with zero followers per account. Same keyword niche as I get through organic but zero conversion.

The tweets contain high traffic keywords - all targeted and the traffic comes from Google showing the tweets in SERP's.

So why no conversion ? This is to a direct sales page - I'll test optin and adsense next and some different products.

  • I am not the biggest fan of twitter. I don't do anything special but I do see results from it including conversions. It just depends. You kinda have to know your target market and then follow them. It doesn't work for everyone or every product. For me twitter is a joke. Just a lot of spam all day and all night. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

I suggest buying a twitter course...

For me you really don't need follows to make money using twitter.

    Cheers,

Me too I do not recommend Twitter Coz many Followers are bot only increasing their followers count with no Lead Generation.

    I prefer facebook than Twitter.

I have both FB and Twitter accounts. I love FB. Made some great connections, met nice people, learn alot from others. I haven't done much with Twitter yet. I love the personal interaction I get with FB. That being said, I feel I need to give it a chance. I started looking into Twitter since I needed an education there and found a cool blog. It is NOT mine and I have no affiliate connections with it: twittertoolsbook dot com / blog There are some great articles on there that I have found helpful. I actually found it through WF. I bought a product from the blog owner, I believe, in the WSO section. I have heard people can make lots of money with Twitter. This blog owner confirms this. Some people think it is a waste of time. I think like anything else, it is a matter of learning and then testing through trial and error.

Try sending it to more than one trackable destination. I almost gave up on Twitter for one site only to find out later (after testing it on another) that it wasn't tracking it for some reason.

And I couldn't agree more about finding your target market. That is critical to clicks/conversions.
