Can anyone offer some video tips?
I want to put some music videos on my site. In this case, the music is the product and the video is just entertainment. So audio quality is most important (as far as streaming will allow).
I would like each video to open from a typical text link or small image link. I don't want the player and screen visible until a visitor clicks. Is this possible?
What is the best format to ensure the greatest compatibility? If I can't have it available for 90%+ of visitors I can't use it. I currently use a flash music player and I've never had a complaint.
I have Windows Movie Maker which I've used before with good results. Can you recommend a screen capture tool which can record video? I found a free one once that worked great but now I can't find it.
I've googled this and found lots of info but it's mostly product promotion. I want independent advice from someone who uses video successfully on their sites.
