Getting Ready to Take a big step in creating 10,000 jobs by 2017

By 2017 I plan to create 10,000 jobs

I am taking my first big step by hiring my first 10 people.

I am looking to lease an office building in my city, and I have been already taking applications from business minded college students and graduates. Also recently graduated high school students

By january 17th 2009 I will have signed the office lease and I will begin to fill it with desks and computers.

This is one of my most important long term goals, does anyone else have extremely large goals in life, and if so what steps are you taking to reach your goals.
