Why does my WP website keep resetting back to the default page?

On 3 different wp blog websites built over the last 3 weeks, (out of some 25 built) after they were up and running for 2 or 3 days, I go back to post a new article, and the page has defaulted back to the starter page that you get when you first install wp on domain.

All my content, header, articles, etc., gone.

Am I missing a setting in wp or c-panel or is it the fault of the host? Not sure why it happens, and why it only happens to only 2 or 3 websites, because they are all basically set up the same way with the same theme, same plugins, etc..

Very frustrating. Any suggestions?
