Hey Warriors,


I am trying to increase the conversion rate on my affiliate sites and I
thought about something that I haven't tried/tested yet.


What I had in mind was writing the following under each affiliate link:

Affiliate Link

(If you get the report through any of the links on this site, you will receive a nice bonus gift from me personally)


What do you think? Has anybody tried this?

    Don`t have any experience with this, but "from me personally" sounds a little bit strange to me.. You could leave that out.

    Yeah, I agree. I read somewhere that one guy tripled his conversion rate by doing this but I don't know if I can trust this.

    I would test it for myself but I am only getting like 2 or 3 uniques a day which isn't really enough to test things. Maybe there are others who have experience with doing it.

      I think a lot of it will depend on your niche. In the IM niche you practically have to offer a bonus to keep people from buying elsewhere/using their own affiliate link but it might be a bit weird in a niche such as weight loss for example.

      One thing that I do that has resulted in good results is buy a forwarding domain so rather than using all Call to Action links I can put some very nonthreatening links about.

      For example:

      Instead of Placing a Link Saying "Click Here to Lose 10 Lbs Fast"

      I might say

      To Lose 10 Lbs Fast Visit [Forwarded Domain] (This would be a domain which I had forwarded to my affiliate link & only the actual URL would be hyperlinked)

      Hope that makes sense..sounds way more confusing that it is.

    Can not hurt to try even with only one or two uniques a day. If they opt in for the free promo. They may come back and make a purchase at another time. Good way to monotize your site down the road
