Sales Tax On Ebook Sales?

Not sure if anyone here is an accountant or has experience this before...

Do I need to collect sales tax on my ebook and services sold on the Warrior Forum?

Either way I'm probably going to talk to my accountant, but I wanted to see if anyone else has gone through the same thing...

btw, I'm in the United States...

Currently, if the buyers live in your state, and your state collects retail tax, then yes.

  That is my understanding, as well. Typically, your payment processor will take care of that for you.

  Same as above replies, but my experience is that not all pmt processors do it automatically - generally you need to set the sales tax in your cart.
