    It's funny - a couple of years or so ago it seemed like everyone was saying the eBook was dead. Instead it's quietly slipped into the mainstream thanks to the Kindle and the iPhone and the iPad.

      I live in Australia and recently 2 major book retailer chains have gone into receivership due to lagging sales thanks to the internet and ebooks.
      If it's happening here, I guess it is happening in other countries as well.
