Best Affiliate Tracking Software? - Any Suggestions?

I am wondering if someone can point me to the right direction.

Currently selling via amazon, but because their charges are too high, want to install affiliate software and promote our website that way.

We pay 17.5% to amazon and amazon pays 5% (if I'm not wrong) to affiliates.

So I thought it would be a good idea to use this avenue to generate business ourself.

    Network in 95% of cases - much easier to recruit affiliates and the network ensures that the affiliates know that they are going to get paid.
