Im curious to know many newbies there are whose basic knowledge is at the level right now, that you dont even know how to put a link in your sig?

    You'll probably find a lot of the people without signatures are those who:

    - have not made many posts on the forum so don't feel it's appropriate to put a link in their signature...
    - don't have anything yet to advertise in their signature because they are in fact newbies...
    - don't know they are able to add links to their signature...
    - don't care about adding links to their signature...

    I think it would be a very small minority of people that don't actually know HOW to do it.
    Those people would probably just ask someone for help anyway.

    For those people who are interested, go to your profile page, click on the 'User CP' link in the top left hand side of your profile page and then click on 'Edit Signature'. Type your signature in the box. It's that simple.

    To add a link simply use code like this and replace with your own url and description.

    HTML Code:
    [SIZE="2"][CENTER]
    [B][URL="http://www.yourwebsite.com"]Description goes here.[/URL][/B]
    [/CENTER][/SIZE]
    Just remember NO affiliate links are allowed. The domains you point to must be owned by you and they cannot be redirects to affiliate links or iframed affiliate pages.

    I think its so much easy task. Yeah, some new guys are not perfect to add sig. If they read the rules how to add a sig then it is easy for them.

      Linking to Night Lights won't get you any clicks though. If you want to monetize your signature, keep it IM related. I'm guessing you are doing it for the backlink juice, and that's fine, but that sig really is a gold mine.
