Wordpress Help - Can you edit title & subtitle?

Does anyone know how to edit the title or subtitle in wordpress once it's been installed? I do not even know if it can be done, but I'd prefer not to rebuild the entire site if I don't have to.

I would really appreciate any help you can offer.

Thanks so much,
Lori

If the title and subtitle are embedded in the header as a picture (eg: jpg, png), you'll have to make a new one and replace it. If they are text, you can change them either in the settings area or in some cases, you may have to literally go into the html of the header and change it. It would be easier to help if you could share the theme you are using.

      Sure. It's easy.

      1. Look in your Wordpress dashboard side bar on the left.

      2. Click "settings". Then click "general".

      3. Just re-type in the Site Title (Title) and the Tagline (subtitle) that you wish.

      4. Save changes.

      5. Refresh.

You should be good to go.
