online summit to build lists with JV's

I am putting together an online summit with 4 JV partners so that we can all build our lists.

When people come to register for the event and fill out my webform - how can I create a system so that all of my JV partners also receive prospects info? and it goes into their list.

Is there a way to automate this?

or do I have to export the list and send it to them? but then I'm worried about their import abilities through their email marketing companies.

Any thoughts or clarifying questions?

    this would all depend on the service that you are using. are you using something like aweber which has an api? you could also get something custom coded that could split or rotate the leads 4 ways

    Uhm ... you want people to sign up for your list and then automatically be signed up for 3 other lists?

    Do you think people will be happy when they sign up for one list and get added to three more? I know I wouldn't be happy about that ... that's what I would call SPAM
