Here's what I'm confused about...

What I want to be able to do: Have several different fan pages (ONLY fan page) that I control (own) + they do NOT have any links to each other (not 'associated' with other)

Each time I create a new fan page FB asks me if I already have an account, and I say NO (because I don't want FB's TENTACLES to link up the pages in any way).

The overall point is I need to be DIFFERENT things to DIFFERENT people -- with no apparent LINK(s) between them.

Now I find out that FB does not allow one person to have different "accounts."

Does that mean I am violating their tos, doing what I'm doing?

If so, is there a way to accomplish what I want? How can I make sure FB TENTACLES will allow me to set up various fanpages, with NO associations between them.

Please advise.

Thanks!

you need proxies and pva's and make sure you keep the proxy ip the same for the pva. There are some great pva selling sites around that will give you proxy to the ip that the pva was created with. by the way PVA is a phone verified account.

    hope this helps

    sounds complicated + requires $$.

So, doing it the way I'm doing it does violate the tos?

Pretty much. Although it's not as complicated as it seems. There's software to help you accomplish all of that.

        Hi

Different email addresses will do the trick as several members of a household may have their own fb account. It's not as if there is only one account allowed per IP address.

Multiple accounts per human it is in violation of the fb TOS but it's one of those offenses that they are not actively seeking to bust people on. If your duplicate accounts get too spammy, such as no friends and 15 fanpages then you run the risk of a problem.

facebook seems like it tries to NOT let its users be different things to different people.

Even though that is FUNDAMENTAL to life itself (to people over 23 years old).

Yes, when creating those different pages, I used different email addresses (but I did use my real name in each case).

I wasn't trying to hide anything -- or be deceitful -- just trying to make sure the different pages are not linked to each other.

What difference does it make to FB how many different + separate pages I create?
    Why should they care?

  • hi,
you can try with different phone no. i have many fb id verified through mobile no. i think it is not a problem when various member of your family can enter via same computer. if oyu have 15 fb id and if you can create 10 fan pages from each id then it is 15*10=150 FAN PAGES. in this way you can try it through another computer and make it double.

    thanks

what are you all taking about.

You go to Discover Facebook Pages | Facebook

and create a page. That is all there is to it.

You can have many and toggle between them.
