Has anyone had any success in promoting their site via youtube's paid promotion?

    I have only seo'd youtube videos and it works well when you do it right for different niches, and its free so I haven't needed to do promoted videos.

    I was thinking about doing a promoted videos soon though for different niches, so I would like to hear people's experiences with promoted youtube videos as well.

      YouTube Advertising could work, but it doesn't all niches unless you are really good at doing videos and are providing unique information. This helps you get a following and gets the word around.

      The channel advertising may help you get hits but will those convert is followed by a question mark. Again I would love to hear from more experienced users of the YouTube Advertising...

    Yeah - if you do it right it can work well.. do it wrong and you'll really waste a lot of money. Try to think of it more as your sales page than just a video. Make your key selling points right there - list build from there.
