Did you agree to the new ClickBank terms yet

I signed into my CB account today and it had me read the terms before doing anything else. So , expect that if you didn't yet , if you use CB.

Nothing really got my attention.

What choice do you have but to agree? Yes, I got the little popup that you have to agree to before you can proceed and agreed. I also read down through it but nothing caught my eye that seemed different. I just scanned it quickly though since... again, what choice do I have?

I thought I remember seeing stuff about JV's though...

It annoyed me rather - it would be more user friendly if they actually flagged up the changes.

Like bretski said, you have little choice but to agree anyway.

Yes, I also agreed, as we really have no choice. If they aren't going to take the time to show me what is new - a simple change log would do - then I am not going to spend my time combing through all that.

Yep saw it... ticked the box and agreed

Like you've said, what choice do you have... The bottom line is that it's not in there interest to screw over their customers ( both affiliates, product creators and product buyers )

If they do peopel leave, so I never worry too much about the updates. Often small things change to regulations and the such so they need to amend their wording sometimes even if insignificant.

Of course it's always advisable to read anything before you agree so just incase someone wants to make a bad choice and blame me I do state here this is just me that I'm talking about haha :-)

  • I just ticked the box and went in, too. I don't do anything even remotely black hat, so I'm not too concerned with it.

Is this something new or do people just ignore it:

I think it's highly likely that everyone agreed, since they like to make money.
