Problems creating new Godaddy account.

Hi warriors. My apologies if this is the incorrect forum for such a post.

I'm attempting to create a Godaddy account but after entering all the required information in fields marked (*). I get the following error:

· Mobile Phone requires 10 numeric characters.

But there is no field to enter 'Mobile Phone'. Only Work Phone and Home Phone and both fields are filled out correctly.

I tried searching Godaddy help and google for anyone with a similar problem but was unable to find a solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Normally I would simply call their support but it appears they do not have a toll free number. So I'm attempting to get the solution fixed free first.

    Why don't you just create an account with your computer.

      Lol. That's what I am trying to do.

      Perhaps I worded my problem incorrectly. It's saying a field in the signup form (mobile phone) is required to be filled out to complete registration yet the field to input the information doesn't exist on the form.

        Oh I thought you were trying to do it on your phone,maybe try a different browser,firefox or google chrome

    Just to follow up. It turned out to be some weird problem with Google Chrome. Not sure what the issue was. But I tried with Internet Explorer with no problems.

    I just now created another account with Godaddy to verify, and it went through just fine. It didn't ask or say anything about a mobile number.

    EDIT: Never mind. I didn't see you had resolved the problem before I came back. Glad you got it worked out.
