Is There A Way To Have Someone Moderate Your Comments?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey Guys,
Do you know if there is anyway I can allow someone access to my blog in order to moderate comments, and that's all. I do not want them to have access to my posts, site options, or anything else. All I want them to do is edit and post comments.

Is this possible? Thanks.

  Thanks alot Sagar. You wouldnt know how to use this would you? I am reading through the text, but can't figure out the steps I would need to do in order to get it to allow just one person the ability to moderate comments, and thats all. Let me know if you can, thanks!

  It's crazy how much commenting spam you get isn't it? At least 99% of mine is spam it's ridiculous!

  I know, and to find that one relevant comment takes wayyyy too much time. I'd rather outsource it.
