iContact Autoresponder Help..

I just start to collect my visitor's email address and I go for iContact autoresponder.

But I have no clue how to use it.. i set up the confirmation email, and the first email after my subscriber confirmed. I tried it by putting my own email but the confirmation email and the first email does not deliver at all. Anyone having the same problem?

    you know the way these guy advertise here in the States if you call their customer service it sounds like they will just about write your email series for you .. give them a ring.
