Help needed on Aweber Opt in

I used a popover opt in form for my website

Here is my problem.

When visitor come to my site, the pop over come up.

After they fill in the forum and hit submit, the same pop over come up again

Do anyone of you have solution to this problem

    Hi,

    Have you set up a thank you page? Doesn't look like you have.

    This is usually pretty straight forward to set up through an auto-responder service.

    Which one are you using? Aweber?

    The user should be directed to a thanks page directing them to their email inbox:

    e.g. http://theinternetseminars.net/thank-you

    Reading something like..

    Thank You!


    Please Check Your Email For a Message From:
    info@internetseminars.net

      Is there a way where I do not want my subscriber to see the thank you page but want them after opt in to see the sales page again without opt in box

        Hi Aaron,

        OK I see what your saying now - you're not so interested in the user going to their email to potentially click on the "verification link."

        Yes, there must be an option where you have not selected to track by the user by i.p. As this is not normal for the opt in form to appear again for the same user.

        I would be looking for an option within the "web form setup" that relates to the user's ip within your auto-responder service.

        I'm not sure what service you are using but I'm guessing that might be the problem.

        See how you go with that because when that option is selected the user should be taken straight to your sales copy without the opt in form box appearing again (as it should recognise they have already signed up).

        Hope you sort it.

    An easy way to do this is to make a copy of your sales page, WITHOUT the optin code, and use that as your thank you page.

      You will need to lead your prospects to another page so your aweber knows what to do next. Try doing that and see what happens.
