And also... I would like to start utilizing.

Can anyone point me to a step-by-step guide on (successfully) using autoresponders, and/or with templates (that sell), etc?

Also... Can anyone recommend a good e-mailer? (The accounts I've seen seem to charge $600 fee for a 1-time mailing which seems rather expensive... anything more like the $20 range?)

Aweber or GetResponse is your answer.

EDIT - Wow, wait.. 100k is a giant list. Maybe Aweber or GetResponse is not what you need. Although it is safer than doing it yourself.
