Frankly, I'm puzzled...

As the recipient of emails from Internet marketing 'gurus' like you, I am puzzled.

Frankly, I do not understand why you keep sending me 'Frankly, I'm puzzled' emails every 2 weeks when you run the very real risk of me not opening and reading your emails.

But here's the thing. I'm writing because I'm concerned about you.

I'm concerned because I received the same 'Frankly, I'm puzzled' email three times already, and it's turning me off reading what you have to say.

After all, your emails are becoming more like ads than personal messages. But you don't seem to get it.

Truth is, I find that puzzling. Here's why.

Actually, I can't be bothered parodying this email anymore...

I'm guessing these 'Frankly, I'm puzzled' emails are effective because they came from one of the most successful companies in the IM niche. And maybe I'm not the target market.

But I really am puzzled...

What I'm puzzled about is how suddenly I'm handed 'the super-dealie-internet-making-money-mabobber' and they ask for 500+, then they wonder why I didn't buy in.

Especially if they don't have any information in the email.

What also puzzles me, is if someone is considered a nobody, and if nobody is around when a tree falls in the woods, will he hear the sound?

Sorry, its 3 am and I'm wide awake and kinda out there

"Frankly I'm puzzled" rates about as highly as; "Sorry, I made a mistake". Both instant 'binners', and these people are supposed to be 'Guru's' ???

        Hi Anna,

Well you know what answer a newb would get - and I am aware that you are not a newb.

I haven't had any of those type of emails myself. If something's bothering you, put a stop to it!

    Hi Roger,

It doesn't bother me so much as puzzle me. Seriously! I am really wondering how effective the 'Frankly, I'm Puzzled' emails are...

    Plus I couldn't resist a little parody.

But you're probably right about my time and energy...

I hate the "I was told I'm crazy for doing this" eMails.

    Shocking, but hardly original.

The sooner eMail marketers including myself stop following others and be unique the better.
