Dude... Buddy, they deducted your earning if your account are not active. BTW, you at least need to get $100 commission before you can get the check.

so... how come you can buy (or hire) the articles?
need to work more on that commission buddy.

    That money is gone buddy.
You also need transactions with 5 different payment options before you get the check in the first place.
And No, you can't use that money to buy stuff.

The only way they pay is by check.

You need at least 5 transactions to get your first check.

If you are in US, then it fine. Otherwise you will pay almost $50 to the banks to encash every check you get.

If you are seriously planning to promote Clickbank products, then go ahead and do that. Otherwise forget the money. Sorry but that is the fact.

Unfortunately, you've fallen victim to the "dormant account charges".

You can (and should) stop that happening today simply by buying some $3/$4 product using your own affiliate-link, because those charges apply only to account that haven't seen a sale in 90 days. Just do that once, and you have another 90 days.

You can't get paid by Clickbank until you comply with their customer distribution requirement (read it carefully!). There are ways round it. You can, for example, ask one or two friends/relatives to buy a $3/$4 product using your affiliate-link and a credit-card.

Regarding the first two checks, you may not have to bank them if you don't want to. The first two payments are made by check as a way of verifying your address ("if you receive them, you live there"). You can normally arrange to send them back to Clickbank and they'll send you that money either by direct deposit (if you live in a country to which they make direct bank deposits) or by wire transfer (if you don't).

Note that "direct deposit" and "wire transfer" are two different payment methods, only one of which will be available to you depending on where you live. Wire transfer is more expensive.

Don't assume from the curious post above that it will necessarily cost anything like $50 to clear a Clickbank check! In Europe, where I live, it used to cost about $8 in bank charges, as I remember.

No, you can't. Clickbank isn't really a "bank". They can pay you the money remaining in your account there after the deductions, according to their own terms of service (which you really do need to read!) - and that's all.
