Is this evidence of real revenue?

this link below, is being used as so called evidence on an ad for a site for sale. The site for sale can not be identified, so I don't think I will upset any moderators here.

Well the real issue is exactly that, is the best way to interpret a screen shot like this is to only assume, that this account is for many websites and may even be totally unrelated to the sellers site he/she/(or tranny) is even selling?

    You could always put a provisional bid in. Something like 10% down, 100% payable once revenue proven (so you pay 110% but you're safe in the knowledge).

    You may be right. It is very difficult to prove that the screen shot is for one website or many. Possibly unrelated too. You can ask for more evidence.

    I am actually not interested in buying the site, and as such, I don't want to waste their time, but I am trying to learn here, and I think this may be a good question for others to read as well. This just got my attention as very likely BS.

    What would you accept as more evidence that is directly site related?

    What I don't like about that Adsense screenshot is there is no channel or domain listed as the source of the revenue. Looks like it could be a screenshot for a combined total of any number of sites without an identifier on the screenshot.
