Best programs or setup for physical product sales

I have been reading the forum for a few days and have found the information highly useful and has even opened my eyes to a whole new idea for sales. That said, my main reason for looking for marketing tools is promoting my network of actual, physical products. I have a small company that manufactures products and currently the majority of sells are from offline resources and eBay. I want to get away from the fees of this type of setup and move to my own websites. I do not have a huge amount of competition on these items, so what would be the best tools for me to invest in?
I have a decent ppc setup already, but if tools could get me number one or even two pretty fast I would very prefer the upfront investment of programs.
