Recommendation for outsourcing Live Chat and Email

Hi,

We have been getting busier and busier over the last 18 months and now really need to outsource out email and live chat to free ourselves up to work on the "business" side of things.

We've seen many companies both in India and Philippines offering these services.

Does anyone have any experiences or could recommend a good company to go with. There seems to be a lot of options and we don't want to make the wrong choose.

Any help would be appreciated.

      Do you know of companies that fit this criteria?

      We spoke to some companies and they sound promising but we have had trouble trying to find reviews from current / previous customers to confirm they are as good as they suggest they are.

    For me i think Philippines. Becoz i get success in my business just becoz of their hard work. You can get very cheap labor and very dedicated workers there. Also as for Indians i always have a bit bad experience with them but you can try them out but still i prefer to go with Philippine employee

      We've been using workers from the Philippines for about three years now. We hired our own people. After a couple of hard learned lessons, we've felt that the Filipinos are hard working, honest and their English is quite good. Our team works our California hours also. Since we have a few Grammy winner celebrities as clients, we wanted to make sure these skills sets were at the top of our list.

      There is a company in the Philippines called www.agentsofvalue.com. They are worth looking at, but you can spend less money hiring your own direct team. The main thing to consider is how to manage them. If you want more ideas and tools that we use to manage our team, feel free to PM me.
