FaceBook Fan Pages using WP

Just a quick question that I can't seem to get answered. If I use a software that incorporates WP to generate FaceBook FanPages, do I need to set up a new WP account as sort of a back-end admin for the new FB Fan Page?

So, let say I hook up with hostgator or some other hosting service, I am essentially paying a monthly charge for the new host in order to admin the FB page... right? I don't mind paying the money, I just need to budget for it...

Thanks in advance,

since space is not your concern, you can try free hosts like byehost.com

They support PHP and wordpress, so just install your wordpress there, install the iframe-theme for wordpress and redirect them via facebook and you are done

Thanks... I tried that site but it re-directed me to bluehost. But, you pretty much answered my question... Thanks so much.

Thanks for this comment. I already use paid hosting for my fanpages, but the suggestion for this free one comes in handy.

It's just like buying hosting for your site and tagging on your wordpres fanpage add on. you should be able to host it on most host; I am not too sure maybe you might be able to do it on wordpress.org free blog host also?

I think you're referring to wordpress.com, which is the free version (as opposed to self-hosted)? Not sure about that, but you probably wouldn't want to do that anyway, especially if you're planning on promoting any affiliate programs on the fanpage.

I don't totally understand your question. Using iframes in FB should allow you to embed your site on your fan page. Is it a plugin you're using to generate the iframe code you then paste into your FB fan page?
