Squeeze page traffic

You need to give us more information about the product, the niche..etc and what you have tried so far.

I am looking to build up a list of people interested in buying property in a particular country / state, so its quite a 'general' list of people who would be interested.

I do offer something special which would defintely grab the attention of someone interested in buying property.

Is there any more info you would need to provide me with ideas?

I'd find a website that is popular with your target market and set up a banner advertisement offering the appealing freebie.

Use article marketing as well, write various articles for Ezine about the subject.

For example..

If my target market is Property Buyers, perhaps setup a banner on a major Car Sales website? That way i would easily get banner space as its not really a clash in interest.

With regards to Ezine, can you just write an article and have links to your squeeze page? How does it work?

and no no no! You want a clash of interests... that is the entire point of it.

For example, people who visit car websites have an interest in cars... so it would make sense to put a car related freebie advertised on the website.

Find a website that property buyers would love and place an advert on their to "feed" off.

As for ezine articles, download market samurai (google it) and use it to search for keywords related to "property buying" "properties" "sell properties" and any other variations you can think of.

After you have all your keywords in a list with all the searches they get each month/week/day etc, pick the top 20 keywords and choose 10 of them to create 10 different articles.

After you have wrote 10 articles (about 400-600 words each), upload them to Ezine articles with a link to your website. Ezine will not allow direct affiliate links to be placed on the article, so send them to either your website or a blog/lense with the affiliate link on the blog/lense itself.

Remember the one rule:

Don't sell to your visitors, instead offer them information for their money!

Most web visitors are not looking to buy, instead they are looking for information for a problem. Give them a solution, not a sales pitch, and you'll more than likely sell more.

Using article marketing is a good way to get started although I have not been monitoring stats since the Panda update...

If you need quick subscribers, I find the best way is with adsense but you will need some money to get going, especially with a high competition market like the property market.
