Are Flippa "upsells" worth the money?

I recently listed my first site for sale on Flippa. Before checkout, I noticed they have at least 10 services(upsells) that are supposed to make your listing more visible.

I was just curious if these work any better than the regular $19 listing price and if any warriors use these. If so, which is the most cost effective?

Thank you

best of luck,
Justin

    I used them all madaffiliate.

While they will give you VISIBILITY, they won't, in themselves, sell your site. The most important thing to Flippa is to develop social proof of interested parties. Answer all questions as quickly as possible...and, provide as much information as possible.

Even though I didn't ultimately sell my site, I began at $1 and walked it slowly up to $1,000...with 44 bids, which is pretty high of a bid count for flippa. Oh...and, try not to use the word "potential" in your listing.

P.s. I've been to Scranton quite a few times. Earned my U.S. Army Officer commission through Scranton's ROTC program.

I have got distant family in Easton. My father also worked in Easton for some time. Been there several times. Small world.

I think they can help market the site more but I don't believe that it will sell it quicker. I just made my first Flippa sale and I didn't use any of those add-ons.

I Go Hard = "Slanguage" for putting forth a lot of effort.

Don't be an arse and try to flip something you clearly have no knowledge of against me.

The only one I use is the highlighter.
What you want to do is check the frontpage and if there are 2 or more highlighted auctions on the top don't get the highlighter.
If the top 2 or more are simply white, then get the highlighter.
The ultimate goal here is contrast. Make your site stick out between all the others.

    My 2 cents

If I'm selling a cheaper site I only bold the title. I think as long as you've got a compelling title, buyers will find your listing.

Although I don't think they're strictly necessary, (I've had as much success without upsells as I've had with) I'd use more upsells if I was selling a more expensive site (a 4 or 5 figure site). I'd definitely make it a featured listing, highlight/bold the title, etc.

I use the highlighter and bold. At the last day of the auction, I will use the featured page upgrade. Before that, it's a waste of money.
