If I create an e-book on linkbuilding, will u buy it?

Well here I want to do a survey

I am working as a linkbuilder in oDesk.com for almost 1.2 years. And I learned lots of thing by working with some good SEO masters. Now I want to share my experience. And also want to earn some money. Here is my plan... Tell me is it good or just another crap?!?

I want to write an ebook. This ebook will be very small. Only 10 pages. But it will be informative.

1) I will tell how many methods r available to do offpage optimization. Which r is legal and which are gray as well as black.

2) I will show how anyone can build a big list of .edu, .gov, .mil websites to build backlinks by using some very simple but useful operators in google, yahoo and bing.

3) I will show how anyone can get some quality backlinks in to his/her website by using search engines and using some firefox adons.

4) I will tell in details how anyone can easily build backlinks using some linkbuilding softwares as well as services.

5) Will teach how anyone can easily Index tons of backlinks without paying a penny and also spending money.

6) I will also tell how anyone can easily use some softwares to analyze how many backlinks are indexed, how many are feeding traffics etc. etc.

And the most interesting thing is I will sell this ebook for just 10USD.

Now if I make a complete linkbuilding ebook like that what u think will u buy it?
