Can someone please give me a quick start guide to imnicamail...it's getting annoying!

Hello Warriors,
I wonder if anyone can please provide me with a quick start guide to starting and using imnicamail?

I know they have help area. I was given a video file of 50mb to watch which was supposed to provide the quick guide but where I live, watching or downloading a 50mb file is a complete joke! Almost impossible...

For this reason, after buying the package, I've been trying to get around it and I'd no success at all. I'm getting tired of this...if you have success with imnicamail, please help me.

Tim

Yeah....their help guides/videos still need a lot of work.

Try contacting their support, and Richelo who is a member here.

He might be able to help.

Thanks for your response. I've contacted Rich, the video was/is the only solution since they don't have transcript.

Downloading the 50mb file is the only limitation. It's not as if the support is not there, the problem is that the support solution is not the best solution.

I use ImnicaMail all the time with no problems. What exactly do you need help with?

If you can be specific I will try to help.

    Best wishes,

    1. You are asking for something that is available but you can't get.
    2. You don't ask anything in particular. Ask a "how to" question then somebody will try to help you.

oh...thanks for stepping in. This is the problem I have in particular:
    1. Which goes first? A campaign or a List?
    2. When trying to setup a list, it says one subscription code or something is missing
    3. Where will I get/setup the subscribe and unsubscribe link for a new campaign...just starting afresh
    4. I know that once the "new subscriber" confirm their subscription, I can then add autoresponders right?

    Thanks for your help.

    The list comes first.
A "campaign" is a one-off email sent to subscribers on one or more lists.
An "autoresponder" is a series of one or emails that is sent at predetermined intervals to all new members of a list.

    To start a new list:
    click on the "lists" tab.
Look for the "create new list" button and click on it (top right of screen)
Give your list a name and "create" a confirmation email "from scratch"
You HAVE to add an "opt in reject" link and confirmation link - do this by clicking on the % sign at the top left of the icons in the email toolbar.

Once your list has been created you will be returned to the "list browser" page.
Click on the name of your list and then click on "create subscription/unsubscription form" at the top right.

Design your form - and when you've finished it - click on "HTMLCode".

Grab the code and add it to a sidebar widget, or into a page.

    Hope that helps

Edit - I feel a "how to use Imnica mail" guide coming on!!

This sort of thread really belongs in the service provider's support forum.
