Sharing my swipes with subscribers

Hi everyone,

Help me decide...

I have swipe files of sales videos, sales letters, pages, squeeze pages etc.
I guess, many of us have our own swipes.

But I want to share them with my buyers and subscribers. For free, of course. And here are the questions:

Is it legal to do that?

And is it ethical to do that?

    I believe you should have the rights on these products, etc. to be able to give them away. Probably many things in your swipe file comes with rights but better checked each one if they give you the right to give them away. Not all PLR products have giveaway rights.

    Using a swipe file as a template or for ideas is one thing. Using it as is, or even giving it away as is, is a copyright violation, I would think, unless the swipe file was provided exclusively by the owner with permission to use it.

    Unless you own the material or have permission from the copyright holder then no, I would not do this. Would it be ok for me to go to a library, photocopy some pages from various books, and then go and give them away or sell them to people on the street? Could I offer free song downloads of other peoples music on my website? I think you get the idea...
