I am doing articles,podcast and video submission.

I go to research keyword that I want to put in the tag and the content description.

I am in MLM niche.

If I go to tool.com and key in magnetic sponsoring and find out search for nov is 6600, average is 4400

When I go to google search for the phrase magnetic sponsoring and I find there is 215000 page and phrase match is 215000.

The chance that I will be on front page is very slim. Am I on the right track of analysis?

How would one optimize article, video and podcast submission to bring more traffic from the search engine?

Would someone shine a little light into here
