INTERNET MARKETING

I have recently been using this to find out which pages on my site are getting views and which arent and how long people are staying on the site, but i would like to know does it take like a certain amount of time for the amount of views on a site to be updated? Because it has been stuck on a certain amount for about 1 and a half hours now and the other inbuilt view counter tracks more views.. why is this? or is it just that google analytics is not instant updating?

have you specifally selected today's date? if not the stats will be constant due to the calendar showing a full month of stats up 'yesterday'.

It sometimes can take 24 hours for the recored to be updated.
If your site is a Wordpress site look for one of the free stats plugins.

In my experience, a 24 hour time frame is what it takes to get a full day's update.
