Im in the process of creating a guide to help people out with outsourcing, and Im wondering...What's you biggest fear or frustration with outsourcing?

    In my experience with outsourcing my biggest frustration is when a freelancer bids on a project and I contact them but they don't follow through or they do follow through and they agree to everything stated in the post and whatever i tell them in the email, once i send the work to them,THEY JUST DON'T DO IT!! WTH!!
    So i waste days picking out a person, explaining things to them, training them and they disappear... seriously?

    But I would be lying if i said that's every person out there cause there are actually some that are dedicated.
