What to do with big unused list
I've collected about 350k opt-in emails over the last 3 years from a free trial/service offer and I'm wondering what to do with them as they have never been emailed.
I had planned to setup a monthly newsletter plus some autoresponders for NEW signups and ignore the previous 350k emails but it seems like a waste.
Since I'm about to merge the site with another brand I own the site I thought I could send out a "We've been acquired by xyz company" email as a reminder of who we are perhaps through some software running on a VPS or something and then take the cleaned list with the bounces/unsubscribes and upload that to constant contact for the monthly newsletters (or possibly market this list completely separately using the VPS server.)
