How to have Clickbank multiple pricing options?

Anybody knows how to setup or have a multiple pricing option for a clickbank product?

let's say the first option is $4.95 trial for 3 days and then $59 per month
and the other option is let's say $149 for a whole year membership/lifetime access. In which the latter you can save even more. The idea is to persuade the customer to choose the latter for optimal conversion.

Do you have to use a script in order for this to work?

Any thoughts?

This is easily done with Clickbank, you don't need any extra scripts. All you need to do is simply set up two identical products and have the different pricing schedules for each product. Make sure however that the thank you pages you send people to for each product are in line with what they have ordered. You don't want to send people to the same product.
