Default How to convert to FLV when using Screenflow?

Hi all

I've recently converted to using a Mac and have begun experimenting using Screenflow to make some screen capture videos.

The software is pretty easy to use but I'm hitting a problem when exporting my clips as the software produces videos in a .MOV file (as far as I can tell).

Does anyone know an easy way to convert this to the FLV format? Normally my webmaster handles this sort of thing but I don't think he would be too happy if I rang him up now since it's 6am where he is .

Could someone please point me in the right direction in terms of an easy to understand method to convert MOV to FLV?

I've tried searching but this isn't my area of expertise and I'd appreciate some guidance.

Thanks in advance!

Lee McIntyre

Download Free FLV Converter V. 5.9.1 Tubefinder and hopefully it will solve the problem. I know that it can convert many formats to FLV.

Hope that helps!

Visualhub gets the job done for me.

Thought About Offline Consulting?
Fiona - $5,500 + $600/m 1st Week... Anthony - $7k + $594/m... Liz - $12k 1st Month...
Rob - $7k + $800/ 1st Month... Scott - $45,000 in 3m... 20/yo Jock 6-Figure Client 2nd Month
Don't you deserve the same unfair advantage?

Hi Lee,

Does this have to be a free method of converting your MOV to FLV?

I use Sorenson Squeeze for Flash. Also Adobe After Effects when I'm doing a combination of Chromakey and Flash encoding. There are several other Mac Flash encoders available for a price.

You might try a Google search for "Mac Flash encoder." Maybe one of them offers a free trial.

THANK YOU to everyone for the help!

I was trying to figure this stuff out at 1am ahead of soft launching a new product to my list, and so I appreciate the responses which helped me get everything sorted with plenty of spare time.

Thanks again!
