Rate my Opt-in page, i Need some advice!

i just made this opt-in page in photoshop, and is now coding it in dreamweaver. So far its just a template, the text is just something i wrote for a fictive product. Do u think the page will be good? im thinking going for a "How To Make Money Blogging" as i have done my research and it seems like a very good keyword. But i need u to tell me your honest oppinon, and i would love if u could give me some response, about what niche to use, or how i could improve my page. so far i haven put the opt-in form on the page yet, but you will just have to imagine that

to generate traffic im going to use ppv networks and SEO

    To be honest the copy is good but the graphics could be improved... The header looks a little bland and if you aren't good at graphics i would hire someone to add a couple of layer styles to it... shouldn't cost more than 5 bucks... and is there any way you could change the standard colour of it(meaning the grey) i just think it clashes with the text...

    I don't think the copy is that good, it all looks like hype without substance to be honest. You should write in more detail what the report is actually about, not just "make $100 per day". And yes, the design is a bit on the bland side (though I'm a fan of clean designs).

      Well, im a very good photoshopper, i just dont know what to put in a landing page xD although i can do about everything in photoshop.

      The text thats in there as i said before is not "real" text, its just something i wrote really quick well ill upload another type of landing page.
