Linking Back to EZA Articles in Your Resource Box

A couple of people have discussed putting a link back to a prior EZA article in your new article.

However, when I tried this, EZA rejected it, saying the URL violated their guidelines.

Has this happened to anyone else?

The way I understood the original discussion on this(by Jeffrey Louis, I think), was that you would post the article at another directory, such as goarticles, and link to your EZA article from there. Hope that helps.

It's happened to me - I only tried it once but they said they don't allow it so I haven't tried it since.

I don't have a problem with them allowing it as long as the articles are related.

However, I have not done it in probably 2 weeks so, they could have added a new rule?

I tried it about a month or two ago (only once though) and the article was related. I guess it often depends on who's reviewing the article over there though - I only tried it as an experiment because someone here on the forum recommended it.

It's inconsistent, but I've done it and will continue to do it. I've even had links in the article body pass because the two EZA articles were related.

If you can't get it to pass, just submit the same article to the big 10 articles directories with a resource box link to the related EZA article. It accomplishes the same goal.

That's what I understood, too, and that's what I've done at GoArticles, ArticlesBase, etc.

I've tried it about 10 different times at EZA over the last few weeks. Everytime i've gotten denied.

I have not tried doing this myself and will not do it because it is kind os silly to do this.

Why would anyone want to do this?

If and when you can do it, it would be a great way to get backlinks and funnel traffic. I missed the conversation about using EZA to link to EZA, but it would definitely be worth it.

Would have been worth it if they would still let us do it. The other thread about linking back to EZA articles has you post an article to 10 different directories. In the resource box put one link to your landing page and one to a EZA article your trying to move up in the search engines. I've been doing this for about 2 weeks now with some pretty good results.
