Much Could I Sell this Website for on Flippa?

I would be interested in selling websites on Flippa if I could make money doing this... but I have never done this before.

If you sell on Flippa... you probably have a better idea than myself for how much money I could sell this for.

    How much a website will sell for is a skill you'll start to pick up. Try reading ebooks and some real ones if you can find them, and buffer up your knowledge of selling on Flippa before you find yourself not being able to sell anything.

    I am not going to tell you how much that particular site could sell for because it would take me a while to go over it and figure out the true earning potential.

    If you are looking to make money doing this then I recommend starting by trading small and making small gains before you try selling and buying big.

      Well - the most accurate way to figure it out is to jump onto Flippa and do a search for listings that have ended that were similar to your site and see how much they sold for.

      For valuing your site you need to consider:
      - What is the domain itself worth? (keyword density in domain name, age, etc)
      - How much revenue is it generating per month? (and revenue source)
      - How much traffic does it receive per month?
      - What PR does the site have?
      - How many backlinks?
      - Does if have page 1 Google rankings for any keywords?

      Since you site is less than 12 months old, your single biggest selling point would be revenue, then traffic/Google rankings. You also have a high % keyword density domain name which helps
