Increased fraud payments and chargebacks last month

did anybody noticed a huge increase in fraudulent payments resulting in a greater number of chargebacks this past 2 months.
I had more problems in 2 months than in the last 4 years together, i wonder whats happening. People getting careless with their card and paypal accounts info...
And whats worst it seems like the digital thiefs began to launder the stolen money buying im products and services ...
