How Do I Customize The Flexibility Theme

Hello house,
I am currently having problem with this flexibility theme. I would be glad if someone could help get rid of the header and footer that is currently displayed on my blog. I mean the default display that come with the theme when it is newly activated.... Thanks

    In wordpress admin click on flexibility theme options. You can turn them off from the header and footer tab.
