Multiple products. One affiliate link?

Yes, it's yet another Newbie question!
On my site I have my reguklar prooduct and then my OTO. the regular product is $7 and the OTO is $47. How do I set up the affiliates for that on Paydotcom? I want my affiliates to earn for the product AND for the OTO. How do I hit these two birds with one stone?
