"smart beginner" question about affiliates

This was going to be a newbie question, but apparently Im a smart beginner!

On my site I will have my product, and then a OTO. The product will sell for $7 and the OTO for $47.

My affiliate link with Paydotcom will take them to the main page, but then after they have bought the $7 product they are redirected to the $47 one.

I wanted to know if my affiliates get commission on both products, and if not how can I make them get comission on both products?
