Information OverLoad=Mental Indigestion and Fatigue

If you get so much information and become a collector or don't act on it , complete it or keep moving on to the "NEXT" thing, something happens to ya, same as ingesting physical food.

If you take a small sample bite of one thing...,

Then try to take another bite of something else.......,

Then try to take an even bigger bite of something else, which means you don't chew the 1st thing, so you end up swallowing it whole...,

Then while you are simultaneously swallowing, gulping, and chewing all 3 things, the 4th thing you try is to sip a bowl of SOMETHING else...,

You start to cough, choke, get full, belch...,

Worse, all simultaneously..,

And God, there's at least (ONE) cough and/or sneeze that happens simultanously...,

Now a food particle is stuck in your sinus passage which burns and is going to take a couple of minutes to an hour to get out..,

Now, not enjoying the taste of anything, and forgot and lost track of what you just ate or what you were trying to accomplish...,

Then rather it being a delectible sensory experience, it becomes a chore you are trying to finish, your jaw muscles become sore...,

Food gets caught in your wind pipe..,

Now you're full, stomach hurts, you're bloated, blowin tons of methane gas, out of breath and start to get sickly ...,

You're so full, your eyeballs even hurt...,

A relaxing pasttime becomes a precipitation of sweat on your forehead...,

And NOW the LOOK and SMELL of anything thats possibly edible even makes you sicker..,

Your only next goal is looking for some pepto mismol and some kao pectate....,

You might even hurl or go to the can 4 or 5 times in agony..,

You're too tired to do anything else but sleep and hope you feel better when you wake up..,

But ABOVE ALL, you or your body can't readily absorb another bite and get any benefical good use out of the food you just gulped.

And you might not eat for a while or even eat normally for the next few days.

MEAL PLAN: Internet Marketing :

1) Start with something super simple

2) Start with something super easy

3) Start with something super lite

4) Start with something bite size and easily digestable

5) Easily digestability= readily used and absorbed= completion and faster results

Eat like the French:

10 course meal, all very, very small portions,

Can be easily and enjoyably finished,

The taste and experience can be savored and appreciated

The body can easily, quickly digest it, assimilate it properly and then give the proper benefit to the body

One portion, one entree, one small bite, one meal at a time, thouroughly chewed, properly masticated, and smoothly ingested

Now you have energy left over to take a stroll and savor in the excellent experience you just had..,

And cheerfully brainstorm your next outting to duplicate this experience
