Marketing Myopia Concept
I need some details on below topic
Topic - marketing Myopia (By Theodore Levitt)
There is a section which explains Research & Development Myth(organizations too focused on innovative/superior products than consumer and market failures due to this reason). I need to know some real world examples (not old) on this topic. i.e real world examples on how companies failed due to this reason
and also some details on how this topic(Marketing Myopia) applies to present world. i.e is it still valid, changes required, new form or marketing myopia than what Levitt has described etc...
