For just assessing the PR rank of any website, I much prefer Swoosty SEO Tools: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/fir...sty-seo-tools/

It's much less likely to get you in Google's bad books than SEO Quake, which I only activate in FireFox very sparingly.

I like using SEO Book's plugin myself. It pulls up so much useful data for websites, beyond just the PR:

I used search status, but with the recent Firefox update to version 4, the plug-in isn't working. Anybody else experience the same...?

  I faced the same issue, many plugins or add-ons are not working after upgrade, so I had to revert back to the old one and turn off updates till they are compatible.

  Iuditg, thank-you so much for giving a link that actually did download a version of SEO toolbar which is compatible with Firefox 4.0.1. I was having the same problem as abbeynism and all the other links given would not even download the toolbar for me but instead kept giving an error message that the toolbar could not be installed because it is not compatible with Firefox 4.0.1.
  
  It is so amazing to get useful tools back just when you were starting to think that you had lost them forever!

I think that there's more than one. They in most cases display info from even more sites like alexa, etc that can be helpful too if you are looking into keywords.

Using SEO Quake will show PR for a search result in the actual query down the page, but it is a great way to get you IP address temporarily banned by google.

I found most of my stuff didn't work with firefox 5.0 so I went back to my previous version. Explanations I got were firefox 5.o is still beta and no one was updating their stuff yet. Unfortunately I keep getting reminders from firefox to upgrade. Not making that mistake again.
