Default Amazon S3 and camtasia help

Hi Warriors,

I've created a camtasia video and called it test.
I open test.html in firefox and it plays just fine.

After uploading to S3 and load the URL I get this message
"The Camtasia Studio video content presented here requires JavaScript to be enabled and the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player. If you are you using a browser with JavaScript disabled please enable it now. Otherwise, please update your version of the free Adobe Flash Player by downloading here"

Now I know this is BS because I tested the video already.

I've even uploaded it to my server and watched the video.

Any insights?

Thanks in advance,

Craig

In order to play a video in this way you have 3 components -

1. The page it plays in
2. The player
3. The video

If you know you have flash setup then 99% of the time this error is caused by the player object not being where its supposed to be.

If you'd like to PM me the details I'll check it out for you.

Cheers,

Andy

Craig,

I had exactly the same problem recently.

Was the solution you found specific to your particular situation or could it be relevant to others?

If the latter, could you elaborate on it here?

Thanks,

Francis
