Who uses Social Media Content Syndication?

Hey everyone, I'm just curious who here actually does social media content syndication? The term is relatively new and I'm just curious who here has had success with it?

If you don't know what it is, in a nutshell it's having your content distributed and shared by a network of people to many different social communities. Obviously there's a lot more to it than the nutshell definition I gave, but if you do it then you will know what I mean by that. So again, who here does this and has had success with it? Thanks in advance!

Wow, I thought maybe at least a few people here would be doing social media content syndication. I think it's going to be huge in the future...bigger than it already is now.

sounds like something I'd be interested in, haven't actually done very much of it however aside from some facebook fanpage interaction stuff with my niche sites.

I'm assuming your talking about networks of people that help each other out, possibly paid services?

Exactly, except it doesn't have to be paid. You can use networks like Reddit, or Digg for example. I've found some information about it on Google, although some of it isn't real good. I guess the concept is pretty new but it's a byproduct of social networking and marketing.
